Trieste bed and breakfast, near historical centre

In a late nineteenth-century building a few minutes walk from the historic center of Trieste, Chiara and Marco are pleased to welcome you in their home transformed into a charming B&B: Villa Fanny takes its name from the soprano Fanny Elena Costantina Torresella, the first owner of the house built for her in 1898.

The floors are in Slavonian oak, the furniture is made up of antique
furniture, oriental rugs, original Murano chandeliers, furnishings and valuable pottery belonging to the family of the current owner. In each room there are sheets in cotton or linen recovered from vintage outfits with monograms, lace collections and precious embroidery.

It has a private bathroom for exclusive use (outside the room), wifi and air conditioning. In the bathrooms available courtesy set, slippers, bathrobe and hairdryer.

Chiara is the owner of the blog “La Voglia Matta” well known in the food sector, also collaborates with “Guide di Repubblica” dedicated to Trieste and its territory and to the guide “Best Gourmet” which indicates restaurants and food and wine excellences of the Alpe Adria macro-region.

Marco, Chiara’s son, is a graduate of the Tourist Institute, taking care of all the marketing and back office aspects. Both wish to make your stay in Trieste a memorable one.
